In a bizarre collaboration that challenges traditional forecasts, Ubisoft has unveiled an digital collaboration between Assassin's Creed Shadows and the acclaimed anime series Attack on Titan. The unexpected Thanksgiving event continues from November 25 through December 22, including no-cost additional story content for Shadows players.

Mysterious Adventure Disclosed

According to the formal release, "An unusual confrontation pulls characters Naoe and Yasuke into a fresh quest, where hints of banned rituals and fearsome changes reverberate through the obscurity." The storyline features a "strangely dressed woman named Ada" who charges the duo with venturing into the Crystalline Cavern—a significant location from Attack on Titan—to liberate her friend from a secret sect.

The adventure centers on "peculiar trials and a fearsome enemy" and is available to all players who have gained access to the Yasuke character.

Familiar Locations and Metamorphoses

The teaser highlights the Underground Chapel from Attack on Titan recreated as the Crystal Cave. This important location was previously where the Reiss royal family passed down the Founding Titan ability through generations. The teaser concludes with a powerful sequence showing a character, presumably the captive, changing into a Titan that rises over Naoe and Yasuke.

Exclusive Prizes and Bonus Content

Players who accomplish the adventure will receive an unique katana alongside multiple items secreted throughout the area in secret chests. The update also features premium Attack on Titan item packs, offering:
